Booking
A full driving licence held for at least one year, a credit or debit card in the main driver’s name, and photo ID. Drivers under 25 may pay a young-driver surcharge.
Yes. Any booking can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours a one-day rate applies.
No. You can book by the hour, the day or the month, and extend at any point from your confirmation email.
Payment
No. The price quoted at booking includes the daily rate, taxes and any coverage you select. The only extras are fuel and optional add-ons chosen at the counter.
A pre-authorisation is placed at pickup and released on return. The rental itself is charged when you collect the vehicle.
Insurance
Basic third-party cover is always included. CDW, SLI and RCLI reduce or remove your excess and are strongly recommended for longer trips.
Report it to us before returning the vehicle. If you took CDW, the excess is waived up to the policy limit and we handle the claim for you.
Vehicles
Within the United States, yes. Cross-border travel into Canada or Mexico needs to be declared at booking so the right cover can be issued.
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank and should be returned full. If not, we refuel at the local pump rate plus a small service charge.
Yes. Additional drivers can be added free of charge at the counter, provided they meet the same licence requirements.
